Hi everyone! My name is Amy and I am a 22 year old woman who has struggled with weight and self confidence my whole life. Ive had ups and downs on how Ive managed my weight, with yoyo dieting to trying to be bulimic. With all of those failed attempts I’ve always started my diets the same way,the first couple days are great diet days after that then I stop eating and cutting my calories for a couple weeks to increase my results until I break and binge eat for a week. Which causes me to regain all of the weight and some! I am so tired of feeling uncomfortable and broken. Ive decided that my mind needs to change and hopefully with it my body. So come along on this journey with me and help me break my this cycle.
